The Goal by Dr. Eli Goldratt was first published in 1984 and lead to the creation of one of the top 3 business improvement methodologies used in the world today, the Theory of Constraints(TOC).

Thanks to this man who simplified a concept that was true back in the 80’s as it is today. It’s all about FOCUS. Other methodologies like TPM and WCM use the Focused Improvement.
