SCI-FI Science Camps
Canada
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 30 ต.ค. 2012
SCI-FI Science Camps was founded in 1989 by a handful of engineering students at the University of Saskatchewan. We delivered our first summer camp in 1990 and reached 140 youth. Since our inception, we have reached over 140,000 children through more than 7000 classroom workshops, and have enrolled another 22,000 youth in week-long summer camps. SCI-FI has grown from a summer staff of four (a director and three instructors) to a summer staff of more than thirty! We were the first program of our kind in Western Canada, and are currently one of the largest nation-wide.
Today, SCI-FI is staffed by students from various colleges on Campus including Engineering, Education, Medicine, Vet Med, and other sciences. We carry out classroom workshops, community programs, science clubs, and during the summer months of July and August hold eight weeks of camps at the College of Engineering on the U of S campus. We also run camp in over 10 other locations across the province.

How to program your Lego NXT without a computer

How to program your Lego NXT without a computer
One question what does port a do?
Super duper helpful
its just sad to know that they just ruined tons of lego with bleach like that
dont use bleach dude
do other one that is NXR
Just put it in a couple of laundry mesh bags and through a warm (not hot) wash cycle in your machine with standard soap. Hang to drip dry.
washing machines are fine for smaller amounts, but it really is faster to was larger amounts by hand.
@@sci-fisciencecamps6199 The opposite might be true. There's no way it's faster to wash larger amounts by hand.
Thanks a lot I don’t have access to my computer, but now I don’t need to!
you can place only 5 blocks???
i using home ev3
Thank you! This is great!
Hello! Great video 👍🏻 How can we get in touch?
How can I help you?
This video was crazy helpful. It's a shame I couldn't figure out that the number ports are for the sensors.
where did you get those trays?
The trays came as part of the Lego sets
Thank you! This was very helpful!!
Thanks, this is awesome and so helpful!
Thank you. We had to do this in class and I had no idea what to do. We couldn't ask for help and some pages were missing from my instruction manual.
where we can buy the nxt
Hi everyone, my name is Peter out of chicago I am partnered with one of the biggest bulk used LEGO resale companies, we can supply each vendor up to 450 lbs per month if your interested please shoot me a email. peter.nukasani@gmail.com wholesale only working on getting our site up:)
Thank you! This was so helpful and saved our rainy day!
Very, very much appreciated! You saved me. Thank you!
But bleach would remove color from the lego and make it dry? HIGHLY don't recommend that!
We only leave them in bleach for a few minutes. We have not found that this effects the colour at all.
@@sci-fisciencecamps6199 it depends on what you have. For these NXT parts its not really much of an issue. But some of the brighter colors you might have in normal sets would be an issue for sure. Either that or slight discoloration between different bricks, which again doen't matter at all for technic stuff... but it's not very nice if you're building something that has to be a single color.
Agree on that, white vinegar is a far better disinfectant for lego.
Thank you very much..for making this tutorial
Nice. I'll repeat most of that for my bulk collection. Not even 1/100 of your inventory though haha.
This is great, I love Earl in the background!
