He has been the leader the last couple of years - change is needed - removing him would be the thing to do. His message isn't getting through
How can you be comfortable with what you do. Are you kidding me?
As an ex golden hawk in Canada, this is great exposure for our Canadian universities. We have some good football up here
22:00 why is there no discussion of his soft skills, player feedback, assistant coaching hires, gm experience and ability to win through adversity.. nobody expected the backup qb to get it done. I don’t know if he’s an nfl coach or not but teams ought to be doing there due diligence and interviewing him to see what his vision is .. the raiders literally put AP in a HC role with no experience and how now swung the pendulum into an over the hill Pete 😅 while guys like no loyalty Coen and hyped up Ben Johnson are crowned as saviours 😂
Kingsbury is not even a proven head coach .. like McDaneils and a plethora of others it requires more than just X’s and O’s
26:40 has this guy ever heard of AI? 😂
Greer did it in a 16 game season Patterson almost did it in 14
Hoping Taylor gets a good look. Even if he is a Golden Gaels. From an old U.C Dino fan. Go Bob Torrance Go and Peter Canellan.
The fact that 170k CAD is only about 75k USD after tax and yiu guys talk about it like it is some massive salary is why anyone outside if Canada and maybe 3rd World countries would laugh at these numbers . Vernon Adams Jr earned more money than that during the 2020 season driving fir Uber in Washington State.
Juice Harris didn't need to lift weights
If Ryan plans to leave he most likely would want to bring up Arbuckle to the table for he did state that he has the ability to coach an wants him to coach for the argonauts. Seems like he would want to. Leave the team in good hands before heading across the border. Successful or not he will always havea plave in the CFL for Ryan Dwindedie is coach proven.
Well JC perhaps if the Lions weren't busy restructuring or pondering releasing 3 of their Receivers, they may have ranked higher than 6th in the " Schedule Reveal"....
Greer was a CFL legend watched him play at CNE stadium receiving long bombs from the great QB Holloway was incredible to see.
lol Mike O'shea will never leave here.. blue colored glasses Hodge
Good afternoon, gentlemen!
He will be fired at the end of 2025
Juuuuuuuuice!!!!!
Dunk is speaking in telepathy
Great to see you again! All the best to you!
Congratulations Andrew!
As a fan of the argos the fans are glad to have you back dont pay mind to those that have soo much to say yet they never come to thee games.
This is why you are in contril Ed. You clearly know what your doing. How is he making more then Tre. Ford. You jus do whats best for the team. You can get much more out of 2 OLmen then lewis.
Epic you are a Texan!
Too much on your table Coach/O.C/Gm. Dickenson. Hire a coach or at least an O.C.. Record as just coach is 74 - 28 or something to that effect/ coach and Gm record 9 - 25 or something. Go Stamps Go 🐎. Frustrated fan.
Why did the CFL go Woke,?? What was the reason for that?? Toronto Argos even had a Gay pride Parade. Many people who don't support this Woke agenda gave up their seasons tickets.
Caught your great Hervey and Dickenson interviews guys. As far as Dave's demeanour, heck I was shocked to see how reserved and controlled he was. As a fan watching him during games fuming and sour-pussed on the sidelines, I almost couldn't believe that he could be so calm under the cross fire of this interview. Yes, he could have spun his responses in a more positive uplifting manner but I think he was trying real hard not to get into a war of words with you guys- very professional. Now , can he get a roster together that is better than last year's, he seems to be making some positive moves. And, as you stated, resigning Begleton and Peredes helps backup Dave's rep with the team. Thanks for bringing out the issues for the Elks and the Stamps - great update.
As a player once said: " Nobody talks about the Stampeders". A dyeing franchise, like Toronto.
As an Elks fan, I was on the fence with Hervey coming back, as we have seen this movie before. However, I loved the honesty and I am back on Team Hervey. Mix in Mark Kiliam saying he is going to bring it and now I am all fired up! Can we start the season early?
Why did the CFL go Woke? The Toronto Argos even had a Gay Pride parade. Many people I know gave up going to the games as they do not support transgenderism.
I guess I must be a hard core then Hodge I never miss a cfl podcast year around.
Same here!
Dave Dickinson has his head stuck in the sand. I couldn’t listen to his whole interview because he is in full denial mode. As a Stamps fan, makes me rethink about traveling to Calgary for games from the US. He needs to change r needs to be shown the door
Sounds like the GM wants to pay around $150k tops?
Bring What? The team was in the upswing for sure. But it’s another thing to Win in this league. Argooooooooos 🏈
I have not heard these 2 speak this much of Stamps in the last 3 years. You are clearly hating on Stamps and I have proof
If. Your from Calgary I wish you all the best with VA for he is a. Great QB
Great interview, I learned alot.
Seems like reasonable answers by Hervey. The Elks will probably be the best improved team in 2025. I agree that they will have to have a balanced approach to the roster and their cap, just like all the other teams. Lewis will land somewhere because he is a good receiver. It's too bad the money he wants is not there with Edmonton but the market will dictate.
Good interview guys. Dave has had success over the years and is a good coach but I was hoping to hear more than cliche answers. Wouldn't have hurt for him to talk about specific things he sees changing positively in the organization, about new personnel and players. He was defensive but that had to do a lot with the questions asked. But he is talented enough to spin those into specifics. OK, let's see what happens in the new season.
Not even an Edmonton fan but I can't express how much I love this.
As one player said: "Nobody talks about the Stampeders"
A junk franchise, a junk league
Where was the rant?
Resume eugene not coming back to Edmonton
He’s off to a bad start, won’t honestly acknowledge there was an issue in the locker room.
I love his honesty
I really enjoyed the logo ranking series even though I agree with Justin on the Als logo.
Ah Canadian football! Happy 2025!
Best wishes for 2025 guys. So the Bombers coaching staff is now full of holes and yet we hear nothing out of that camp. Now past the first week in 2025 , and we have heard about changes from every team in the CFL. Are Miller and O'Shea struggling to find good people? Us Bomber fans are getting nervous and are wondering if we will have the same sluggish start of 2024 by the Bombers in 2025. What is going on in Bomberland?
Just make it four downs
Happy 2025 3DownNation gang...!!!!

I wonder of Chris Jones will have a giant mechanical spider in that wild wild west lol.
I wish that you guys didn't overspeak each other talking about Chris Jones (who would cut someone for smiling too much). BC was a shock, Calgary is a mess and McMahon doesn't have electricity or running water. Hopefully the report will make some changes. Ed Hervey did make some comments with Edmonton. High School give better meals than some teams.
