When I release the trigger on my Graco, the spray stops instantly, but a little stream follows for a second or two. Any help on how to fix that? Thanks for the excellent video

I have been following your videos, they are very instructive. Igot a LP 540 that had a damaged circuit board. I replaced it by adding a Graco 490 ST PRO electric box and manifold assembly and plugged the existing Airlessco sensor and drain valves connections with 1/4 plugs. The machine run and held a good pressure. How long do you think is going to last. Thank you

I was noticing him not holding the trigger back. Obviously if you are replacing meedle it must not be needed. It could be that if one is to just clean needle and gun thereby needing to re-use same needle then i would hold the trigger to avoid scoring needle. Hello from Tewksbury.

why aren't you holding the trigger back you don't know if you're damaging the needle ball

One thing I would suggest is when your tightening the diffuser, you should pull the trigger back, otherwise you can score the ball bearing on the needle assembly.

Can you tell me the model # for the rebuild kit?
