It was never required for junkanoo groups to be registered as an NPO to compete. It was either as a business entity OR an NPO. Trevor illegally obtained the NPO in the name Valley Boys, hence why a lot of people are itching for the court ruling, because you can't obtain an NPO with the same name and different signatories.
