After years of not touching a fishing rod since I was a little kid I went on a charter boat on the ocean, it’s only as hard as the fish you’re tryna catch, and that goes for inland too, try catching a fuckin white sturgeon after going offshore and catching some lingcod, the inland is gonna be a lot harder

Ocean fish fight harder. I had a 40 minute fight with a Snook from shore in Fla. Over 4 ft. The year prior kept stripping my fresh water cat fish pole that i thought was big. Bought bigger ocean rig and fixed that problem.

I mean those are around the same size of my pb at 24 and a half pound king salmon
