Finally i got the answer when i received my Apple Silicon MB pro.Are the obsolete devices as a DV firewire video capture card or a miniDV videocamera left behind?The FW800/400 - TB2-TB3 connection is still supported on M1 MBP.Watch the short video.

It seems to be global for this type of home theater system and this is the second device i have behaving like that.
Finally found this great video!! I have Macbook Air with M1 and I want to make VHS tapes digital. Did you use a VCR with TBC or a TBC external? I used to capture from BMD Intensity Shuttle but the videos is always flashing(drop frames). Thank you in advance.
