Hello Mr. Kevin I look at junk because I mite be interested in it But if I dont bring it home then there is no harm no foul I am working with little money and a lot of hope I do have a truck in the works that should be a good truck a 2001 Short Classic with a APU a 6nz 13 speed I think 243 rears I got some bussiness handled from the past that kept me from getting on with the better carriers so with that cleaned up I can be aproved by carriers with their own freight hopefully that will get me to 70 at that point I do plan on being Semi retired Ha Ha I just got approved for my Twic I hadn't been able to get that for the 33 years I've been driving witch also opens the door for hazmat's if I need them With prayer and hope and a good carrier we should be able to finish up my driving carrier as a owner op If it doesn't work out then I'll move on but it is the direction I am headed in. Wow! Thank you for being able to identify. These mounds of dirt are big enough -- I can't imagine bigger ones! I don't even know what a gopher tortoise is! Never heard of them! Where are you located? Our cats have caught and killed one or two moles -- but they keep coming back! They are horrible! We wake up EVERY DAY to a new hole! @@bigbellyrebuilds2778........This issa atad long, so might wanna have a sit-down, Beg Pardon for ramblin. Well, Imma pretty sure you've seen/heard of their atad bigger couzins, the Galapagos Tortoises??? No, the ones here are the 'economy' sized ones......beachball and smaller. I live in Heart of Dixie, SE Alabama on about 50 acres of mix pasture and woods. None are 'pets', per se, as it's illegal here to 'interfere with Wildlife', but I do see them out and about sometimes and I just might happen to drop some fruits-n-veggies on the ground on occasion, by accident, of course. They will raid my veggie garden a time or two, but they don't eat much. Only down side is rattlesnakes use their burrows as Winter Quarters, so there is that. I have moles also. I have 6 rescued cats that keep the majority of moles/mice/field/wood rats in check. And being cats, they do being some moles (more 'parts of' than whole live moles, but I digress) to share with me. Now that is Love. I have chickens and Guinea Fowl, too. Chickens will eat moles they catch, but don't dig holes like the cats to get at them. Guineas are for insect control......they eat ticks and things. Well, that and 'they are so ugly they are cute' kinda thing. Great at making a ruckus about anything strange lurkin about. I have a rescued dog also, but she is more interested in eating any guinea/chicken/cat poop she can smell out. The Vet says just keep her well wormed and she'll be alright. Ohhh, you want the cats to 'step up'??? Feed them less food. They won't starve and will hunt more. Or get more cats. Or there are several non toxic 'home-made' concoctions that you can look up. Yes, they are a PITA, but Country Life comes with Country issues. On the bright side, alotta moles means your soil is full of their foods, mostly worms, which means healthy soils. Ohhhh and if you are looking for some light reading about Country Life, I am posting a link to a site that I have been a fan of for 40 years that has helped me and made me lol at some of their stories, because sometime all one can do is laugh at Country Life or go crazier: www.iamcountryside.com/magazines/ Good Luck!!!

Steven says that he has had a VOLVO, and it was IN THE SHOP EVERY WEEK for COMPUTER PROBLEMS. That is why he doesn't want any truck that has a computer. He likes the OLD SCHOOL trucks that he can work on himself. The only "computer" that he is willing to deal with is the ONE ON THE MOTOR. Steven likes the older trucks, too! He does not like any of the newer ones with everything being controlled by a computer. He is very capable of working on the older trucks. Last August (2023) He completely REBUILT the 3406 E in his 2000 Freightliner. So...yes, he knows how to work on older trucks, and we have the library of videos to PROVE IT.
