I really appreciate the hump-strap technique. I want to try that technique, once I acquire a strap.
It is something that I would not have thought of myself.
This was a very helpful demonstration.

bout to stuff dish packs with pictures now. thanks🤯
Have never seen mattress cartons, only plastic zipper covers.
Helpful video, thanks!
Excellent tutorials. I am watching all of them preparing for upcoming move!
Very helpful video. Thanks!
Great and clear video. Thanks!
Superb tutorial. Thanks for the clear instructions and visuals.
Thanks for posting this!
Do they have anything that's similar to a car jack? Like a machine you can put under a heavy piece of furniture, that lifts it automatically or by cranking it like a car jack?
Muito top demais
hi can you plaza tel me where to get the elastic band thank you
When he was wrapping the end table he went around two legs with one band. This is risky as it applies constant pressure on the hardware holding the legs in place, and if put in a cold area, the bands contracting from the temperature exacerbate the risk. Worse if it’s an antique or particle wood piece
@Bob Dylan if you drape the blanket over a chair diagonally (diamond shape with back of chair in front of you) you can cover each leg evenly with a blanket. I use a small roll of plastic to fasten the blanket to each leg.
good tips thanks
Don't EVER put furniture on a Dolly/Cart with out padding it first and stop tipping the dresser on those little legs. You're lucky they legs on the dresser didn't snap off.
Correct!
Thank you
everything should be padded before moving it to avoid damage to the furniture or appliances. you should never go up a ram with a piece of furniture on the dolly in front of you you always go up backwards.
Correct!
Thanks guys! Also isnt it ironically called shrink wrap?
Great work guys ! Thank you
Oh dear! There,s a 70% risk your back will be put out by tea time! & not in a good way 😤😤😤
You should say, Try this at home and then call a professional mover.
where can buy it?
Great video, I've been a Mover/Packer for over twenty years and this is how I teach the youngsters.
great job! click in www.independenciafletes.com.ar moving company from Argentina.
All I can say is Whoops.
thank you so much , from Egypt
using regular tape on the stairs would be time consuming but great video overall!
good luck carrying this dish barrel into the house if you can't dolly it. To many plates in the bottom should only do 4-8 around the edges otherwise its like ~100lbs+
What are you talking about? Dishpacks are supposed to be heavy. That's why they are double corrugated cartons.
@@henryhawkins1194 we dont make ours heavy. putting them over 100lbs is just stupidity. you fill from all cupboards not from one till its empty.
@@iTzDeadInside, if you put dishes only on the bottom and work your way up to the top with lighter items they won't be a 100 lbs anyway. You're talking to a Professional Mover/Packer/ Driver with over 20 years in the industry. What do you put in them? Lampshades? Lol
Woo very nice tips. God bless u.
That's sloppy
Hey! What kind of tape is this? Tear tape?
where can I buy theses ramps
I would not fill book cartons with paper as these are usually heavy and used as base (bottom load) and tend to crush with other book cartons on top. Fill them up to the brim with books.
This guy is doing it the right way, he must not be working
Lenny Cordeiro sad but true
And if your working and our cartel member is not, dont worry police will follow and pull you over, anonymous phone call.
Lenny Cordeiro 😳. So, this shit happens in the moving industry, too??
And you work hard, to bad we will just get labor ready guys, we provide you health ins. And dental your to expensive to work during the season
Ohh oo you did it the The right way, but are you a brown nosing a-hole, and you have nothing negative to say, you get your hours cut,
Wow 2 american guys,
Appears to a solid playlist. Will Definitely watch, save and use as training.
great video, thank you
What about moving appliances
You typically want to go from the side when moving appliances. Its at it's less width and theres not plug's or vents that'd get in the way or damaged.put a piece of cardboard or like this guy was doing a moving blanket. Its best to have 2 people doing this one to push one to receive on the hand truck. If you're going off a curb go front first not backwards the edge of the appliance can hit the top of the curb and fall off. Hope this answers the question
Wonderful! I used to do the method where I'd use the blankets straight instead of diagonally. This seems a lot more beneficial.
muito legal. o trabalho de vocês eu trabalho com mudança no Brasil
