Impressive... My only comment would be "Safety never takes a Holiday" Even a single washer accidentally dropped from that height would make a hole in your head , People walking around underneath the tower during install... Not one wearing a HardHat

lol, why so many radials?
I suggest you to read some books about low bands groundplanes like Low Bands DX'ing... and you will get the answer to your question ;-)
@@F2DX-Patrick i mainly use verticals ant and done many studies on them. more than 4 radial only has minimum benefit. there are many scientific report about this online.

As an Australian licensed ham residing in Laos, I’m interested in the licensing issues with the local government, and importation of and use of equipment . Who within the Lao system did you deal with to facilitate licensing? I would like to be able to operate in Lao myself
