Lol Ive ran into that problem a few times myself but it's hard to find people that were into movies and music for a few decades. Makes you think you are imagining it but you really did hear it before. If you keep digging and asking you eventually will be reunited with it.

I use to have one of the largest record collections ever. Of course I had a cousin who was a DJ on WCAM in Camden, NJ, WFIL in Philadelphia, and a TV station too. Being a radio DJ he got thousands of 45's and albums sent directly to him. His basement was divided into two large rooms, wherein one room was all his "mint condition" labels. He has doubles and that's where I came in and got some. When I lived in Colorado in 1979 for a whole year, I visited a record store in Denver that was called Wax Tracks, wherein I collected 45's that had cardboard covers like the LPs did with the picture of the artist on them. Artist like Rickey Nelson, Buddy Holly, etc. Walking into that store I felt liked I died and went to that record store in the sky. I spent alot of time and money in that store. Later on in years I sold them all to buy me a law library of law books and dictionaries. I had original record labels of 45's that was worth up to 95.00 each, and that was in the 70's. Imagine what they be worth today in 2025. I eventually gave up the legal lifestyle and am now retired, doing KARAOKE in Branson, Missouri, and in Omaha, Arkansas. Matter of fact this Magicianword guy has sang at my karaoke gigs. He does a great Mick Jagger. 🎤🎶🎵🎤

Congratulations 🎉, I had a record lost in the 70s, small town in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿UK, new the words, "The cedar tree how big it's grown" 🤦, local record shop the guy owned starskey and hutch car 😳in a small Welsh town tried and tried to get it 🤔, no avail, year's later I found it🎉😂, please bare in mind, I'm around 12/13years old at the time, can you guess what it is 🙆subbed and liked 🤣🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

After this blog I came to the conclusion that this is probably a song that dates back probably about the same time that records were created! Not sure if this is right but I can only give a guess and say Sly and the family Stone! This is a really tough one!

Wow! That could truly have relevance today😢 I had a favorite song over the summer early 70's while on vacation in Maryland. I came home to Florida, and the song was not played on the radio here in Fl..(Motorcycle Mama) lol I just remembered the name, but I have to Google it & see what I get.
