I used to have no inner talk, I used to just feel and understood what that feeling was and then I knew what I had to do, and many things that would require more time more thinking I could come up in seconds. I heard about inner talk years ago, and I started talking in my head, I was super slow, now I’m very fast, but it was a challenge because i had never known how to really use it, there’s many things you have to do as normal Inner talkers to use it well, long story but I can help others now, I use it like inner talk people use it now. I liked it because it did opened up a lot of things about myself I didn’t know, and I had more considerations of things before a desicion was made. And I also could create confidence in me when I needed to. This thing should be taught, helps people to be able to understand other people better. My sister things visually, and she imagines many videos at the same time of different things and picks one to tell you about what she did that morning for example. So she likes it when you have talks with her where she can visualize things. I still keep my feelings thinking alive because it’s home for me, I know exactly how I felt when I used to hug my dad 23 years ago , or many things in my life. And it’s cool! But I do use inner talk all the time now, it’s just more content 😂.

A thing that happened after the Spanish armada retreat was the counter-armada sent by Elizabeth with Drake to try to conquer Coruña, Lisbon and some western islands that I can't remember the name of them, it was supposed that Drake died retreating to those islands [thinking a way to conquer the main island before it was too late] while trying to run from the disastrous naval campaign it resulted and the Iberian naval ships that were tracking him down, this story was silenced due to the damage it could have made to the England Queen's status and obviously, if drake really survived, it is said he was very conditioned by this naval campaign as he lost his permission to command or use a ship for some time (meaning years)
