Great question and I'll encourage you to speak to your surgeon about your particular situation. In general - the concept of donor dominance will play a role - the fat cells will behave based on where they came from. If you gain and lose weight from your belly and that's where the fat came from - when you lose weight - you will lose it from the grafted fat as well. Skinny bbl just means they will take it from more sections. Arms, laps/legs tummy, flanks, back just everywhere they can find some. But I recommend you to gain a lil more. 108 is kinda low. I’m not a doc but for my first Lipo I gained and they didn’t even get out 1L so hang in there and take your time. If you do it for your self there’s nothing pushing you.

I would encourage you to read about the concept of donor dominance as it applies to fat grafting. Oh - any by the way - cartilage grafting does not change with weight. @@lailab4147 I was told that implants placed above the muscle is less painful. (I wasn’t put to sleep so I saw everything!!) Honestly my tits itself is not pain but just sore & uncomfortable because they wrapped me up & I couldn’t shower for 1 week😭, no tightness too maybe because I used to breastfed & I choose 350cc which is not too big. Also!! Backache & only sleep in sitting position! On the 2/3rd day I do feel burning sensation on the incision area. It was about day 9 or 10th day when I can ride/drive normally but still avoid heavy stuff until fully healed. Overall I would say 2/10, but again everybody is different depending on the size. Hope this help😁

Yeah tell that to a woman who had to get a mastectomy and doesn’t qualify for a diep reconstruction. Not every woman gets implants for vanity, sometimes it’s to heal from the trauma of losing your breasts from cancer.
