Totally understand the temptation but you might want to rethink putting your feet up on the dash. 2 seconds on Google well show you the dire consequences of that decision in the event of an accident.❤

I started running but do basic warm ups and I always have a hard time lol I definitely need to focus on that now!
it makes a huge difference! i always thought i shouldnt do a lot of warm ups "to save energy" for my actual run but i was wrong 😆
