Whoever designed the lounge access scheme for business ticket holders is stupid. You are not always entitled to access a business lounge if you are a business traveler!! I just couldn’t get it. Why can’t they just be like Emirates?

Trash airline. Qatar airways let me be stranded in washington airport for 3 days cuz they made me miss my connecting flight from their delay. I was very sick and had to sleep on the ground. They didn’t even care about me. Am i that useless?
