I realize this comment is appearing on a 7 year old thread. However, as comments are turned off on the newer videos, this is the only way to comment (until the owner of the channel turns these off, too? Lol. Jk.). I have a suggestion. It is not an easy suggestion. It definitely requires due diligence on our part. Here goes... Court dockets are all public record. This means we have access to the contact information of all of the other men in our district who are currently experiencing and have experienced this problem. If a percentage of those men would be willing to gather together and file the same motions, cite the same cases, etc. the court will have to deal with a group of people instead of individually. This creates more witnesses. More attention. Possibly even an article in the paper. There's got to be somebody out there that's not working that has enough time to organize something like this and contact all the people in their district that are on the court docket for the same child support BS. This could work. Im just saying.

Buddy of mine tried this. He was thrown in jail for contempt. Guess he popped off to one of the guards, so they threw him in a cell with some "Alternative Lifestyle" Moors. They ganged up on him, and, well... Suffice it to say he was repeatedly "violated". He has paid child support ever since he got out, never questioned anything again. Completely went with the program now that he is a changed man...

Buddy of mine fought his child support order. Said it was "Un-Constitutional". Wound up in jail, and I guess one of the guards was a cousin of my buddy's ex-wife. He was thrown into a "Quad" with four "Alternative lifestyle Moors" as he called them... It did not go well... He fought, he fought hard. But, they came at him in waves until he was finally exhausted. Then.... They "had their way" with him. All. Night.... Long.... He was let out the next day, but had to spend a few days in the hospital to heal up. Now ? He's as timid as a church mouse. Eagerly pays everything he is ordered to, and gleefully so. He paid one HECK of a price for trying to stick it to the government. Wound up having it stuck to him rather forcibly, I guess. It's all so horrible...

but what about the jurisdiction? Once you are under their jurisdiction arent you on the law of the sea?

Ok im in the same boat. I havent been served with papart but i received a state ment that i have 30 days to sign a summon. But i didnt get served with papers or anything. Child support hasnt reached out to the mother as well? I start work Tuesday. What should i do as of now anyone please

Do not ever say you're an American Citizen! That's a slave and makes you an employee of the state and gives them presumed jurisdiction and you a ward of the state and presumed guilty.
