UVM Extension Ag Engineering has produced a free guide sheet, checklist, and video training on these key principles you can apply in your operation.
• The guide provides more detail about the importance of hygienic design and each principle
• The checklist is designed to walk the user(s) through the application of hygienic design principles to a particular piece of equipment, portion of the operation, or part of a system.
• The video series is about 1 hour in 7 videos and walks through these points and the checklist in detail.
