Whats sad is I bought it when it first came out and didnt stick with it! I did compete mgs1 and 2 loved em but the heal system threw me off and jungle scene i guess so i waited to play it! As the years went by I finally ran it and regret not playing it when I had it for ps2!

Mgs 1 is the best until now but mgs3 is one of my favourite. Actually i didn't enjoy mgs2 that much like other people but i enjoyed mgs3 so much the gameplay and enviroment and sense of infiltrating the Russian base was so good and on point. Then mgsv came out and it changed everything about our view of gameplay

The weird X/RB combo for aiming is because you're playing on the wrong hardware. Face buttons on PS2 have pressure sensitivity and so does the PS3. For some reason you chose Xbox.

It's not special. Not even for being a 2004 game. It's the worst controlling game on consoles, the pacing in the cutscenes is goofy at best and the stealth in the game doesn't come NEAR Thief 1 or 2. Hopefully the remake fixes the entire game cos god it's hard to get into nowadays
