Hi, I’m Shaun 👋 and I’ve been captivated by health and fitness since a young age. I started off as a keen footballer, moving on to finding the gym and strength training as a teenager, to most recently, finding my passion with CrossFit.

Good to see some burpees! Done! When gyms were shutdown burpees were almost all i was doing beside diy workouts lol
They are so good, but I would say that being a shorter, lighter athlete. When burpees come in a workout the 6ft+ guys don’t love them as much 🤣 but then again, they have wall balls (queue the argument here 🤣🤣🤣)

Hi, most of my content is shot and edited on my iPhone 15 pro max. I do have a dslr but haven’t quite got the process down to shoot, transfer, edit on the computer yet, it takes me so long 🤣
@@ShaunJefferies nice 🔥 is it normal "video" mode or "cinematic" or "Apple ProRes Raw"?
Yea just normal res on a the wide lens for workouts and cinematic for the talking head. With my phone, it is always with me unlike if I was going down the dslr route. That said, the quality on new phones now is insane!

1) Pace those burpees! 2) Just because after the 21s you are 50% done doesn’t mean the workout is over, keep grinding. 3) Keep that efficiency.

I have a bit of an addiction to water bottles! I have my favourite and to date it's the nalgene 1 ltr . I see the crazy hype on stanley Quencher. This bottle isn't for me, but the ice flow is more for me, so I saw many reviews and have had to get one! I got the orange/ tiger lily as it was £38 and I am impressed with the quality, this being my first ever stanley bottle! This has a yeti quality about it and I am fast becoming a fan of this style ? I may even get another possibility the grey or the fog ?
