I got inversion table two days ago , i srated using it on angle 25 degree for only like 3 minutes then i felt Nauseous and dizzy since that momment until now ! Why this happened to me!!

Is the head rest on the jump seat removable?

I just finished putting mine together, nobody home now so tried inverting to like 60 degrees (phone in my pocket just incase, LOL) but have to learn to really do it, was hard to move back, so next time will have a spotter, I am 5,3 216 pounds, instructions says something about being overweight and not using it but only found out after already got it, I have not seen any videos of any overweight person using it so will find out if it can help me stretch, got back and waist sprained at work and when what doctor gave me does not work with the immobilizing pain, bought this one, would see if PT approves and WC insurance may pay for it; $431.00 at Amazon currently. Got some back pain by using it that one time for few seconds, maybe because the effort I made to get myself in the straight position, so have to learn to control the movement effortless.

I have no issues with inversion tables from Amazon, I have tried 3 so far one from a big 5 years back and a couple from Amazon. Most fail to realize Amazon has all the big names too, I just got a new inversion table for $200 which is definitely not the cheapest either on Amazon and its pretty solid, more solid than the $300 one I got from big 5 and it also has massage and heat unlike the more expensive one.

I am 81 yrs old and have been using my Teeter for the past 12 yrs. I have had back problems ever since being in military service. Tried a lot of different things to get my back to function better but it has been a struggle. The Teeter has been a real life saver for me, I only have to streach for a count of 60 and it usually gets me back to where my back pain is relieved, if not then I use a ice pack on my back for a few hours and I am able to deal with my back. My Teeter is not quit as fancy as yours but it sure has done the job for me. Get video.

do you have a mri scan from after using the inversion table?

It's a 53 cc 2-2.5 HP. The boat is too soft to take the power.

The best thing about this trim for me is you get your ventilated seats and the plus side of the shifter on the column!! I always stopped at the XLT trim because I want my shifter on the column and not the counsel area. So yeah, now you have the best of both worlds!! Nice truck!

I’ve got a few BYLT Henleys and love them. They feel thickish but still plenty breathable. I workout in them and wear them casually and they are awesome. For just plain Jane t-shirts, I love the “next level” brand. They fit my build perfectly. I have wide shoulders 265 pounds and 6’3” and wear XXL in most things. 38” waist.

Could the inversion table pull apart your knees long term?
