Jazz Comp At Marple Newtown High School (2022)
มุมมอง 2242 ปีที่แล้ว
RHS Jazz season has ended. (At least festival-wise) We have a few more performances and another song that will be learned before we officially end our season. But we will no longer be traveling this school year. This festival was fun playing our Samba for the first time and not having to wear masks. Can’t wait for the next performances!
Jazz Fest at Temple University (2022)

Awesome time at the this week at the Essentially Ellington jazz fest. It was strange to do it on a Tuesday but it was cool have time off school. Getting to walk around Philly, playing live in front of professionals, and playing through a well done mix.

Jazz Season has started, the nostalgic vibes of my RMS hit me when sitting the auditorium both watching and performing. Can’t wait for the other fests and doing things normally and not in a pandemic for my future years.
strangely familiar images with lowercase music playing in the background

Turkey Bowl 2021- Interboro vs. Ridley- (Final Game of 2021)
มุมมอง 2062 ปีที่แล้ว
We have reached the final game of the season. It was strange waking up on Thanksgiving morning for band, but it was nice to attend one more game this season. I will not be recording our parade next month since there’s no way for me to do so, but thank you to everybody for making this season possible!

My girlfriend did 37 Phish shows…in a row?
His hand movement is incredible
Don't get me wrong, I got nothin but love for Flea, but Les Claypool is his own species when it comes to bass playing. He's to Bass Guitar what Eddie VanHalen was to lead guitar.
Why is Les’s playing here turned down? This isn’t the complete track.
2801 Olson Springs
É o Rasta no teclado?
There's 1000's of guys that could easily take Kirk's place.
Wow bass lines ‘🔥
It's just a matter of opinion
Was about to say Ler until the end... You just cant beat that one-of-a-kind performance..
anyone got tabs for the part where Kirk Played the guitar with his ass?
Phish is 25,000,000,000x more talented than anyone in metallica could even dream of
Ler is so much more unique
Imagine claypool collaboration with Tool...😮
I could see both these guys not having a problem playing the others stuff stalemate
Flea
Trujillo's nod of respect says it all. He's the man.
One of them just makes pointless noise, and the other one is Larry Lalonde, a completely unique and original legend.
1:46 Imma get weird for a bit 2:03 Pull your socks up, here we go
Come on, give Ler some competition!
Celtic. Mmmmmm go Bela and Future Man. And Wooten. Of course. I saw this live. Speechless.
hilarious
Phish is way more talented
Metallica is an example of something being less than the sum of its parts.
Fucking Metallica losers
Anyone know what the math explains?
This was written out by David “zzyzx/Timer” Steinberg and the request by Trey’s camp to him was to write out a complicated math equation that resulted with the answer 18 steps.
Guitar drums and crappie bass. Not a solo. Fx out the ass probably can't play without them
I call it crap. Not a bass solo.
Stay jealous kid
I can imagine he studied ""Bootsy Collins"" P-Funk and Funkadelic very much.
Wishful thinking Lars. Phish does 1-3 covers per show. Bakers Dozen was no different. Trey is always kicking out fresh material. Its Springsteen like...
Loved that they knew about Phish’s Baker’s Dozen!
Thanks bro I was seeking this videos!
I read somewhere that every time Phish steps on stage they have a database of 600 songs that “they might play”.
Trey makes a list of 125-150 songs to put on their radars before a run.
I love this clip! Metallica respecting Phish. That’s so cool!!!
Any Band with Lars on Drums should not talk about other Bands. He is a terrible drummer
Yet Metallica is now following that lead by playing no repeats. Hatfield is a hack
Surprised Metallica hasn't done any Dead covers, considering they're both from the Bay area.
The dead rehearsed whiskey in a jar in 1993…and Jerry did it with grisman…close as it’s gotten…
Phish could cover every Metallica album in order in four shows after two casual rehearsals.
To bad trey can't play buried alive proper anymore. See mansfield.
What song is this
Very good but a novice compared to John (the master) Entwhistle...
Imagine thinking so ignorantly about music
@@austinsatterfield6792 You obviously know..Jog on muppet.
@KeithBurtons no I mean anyone who sees a musician above or below another is braindead with music analytics. It's art not powerlifting
I could pretty much watch ANY band rehearsing or in the studio and love it. lol. Even bands I don’t care for. I find it endlessly fascinating
Metallica jamming would be sick
What band is playing here?
@@a.s.2426 Claypool Lennon Delirium
Amazing song in 7/8 time, gives it that sweet trippy edgy feel. . . Brilliant composition, play thru' , excellent mix, and a perfect combo of musicians. . . Big fun. . .
Les has more talent but flea is the setter bassist
I vote for flea
Pizza's to Bananas.
watching a video from 2000 with gigabit internet in 2024... and TH-cam makes me feel like I'm on a 50 free hours of AOL CD. The Future!!

Glad that Antipop is finally getting some well-deserved love. It got way too much hate for way too long. I love the energy and variety that was on the album. I know that a lot of people find the "every song has a different guest producer" thing to be a bit of a gimmick, but I actually think that it brought a lot of life to the band during a time when they were seriously burned out. Plus, it might actually be their most metal album, which as a diehard metal head, I appreciate the extra muscle and heavier sound. Hopefully they'll continue adding more songs from Antipop on their setlists. It has been great to hear Herb take on Brain's drum parts. I'd love to see a live version of Sacred Cow or Liquid Sky.
