One of the best lectures on law of evidence. Every law student must watch before taking their lectures on evidence in their classes. I had watched all the lectures way back 2 years ago. Today again when I picked up my evidence notes. This lecture came to my mind therefore I just visited here to check whether it is here or not. I must say every law student should watch it.

Not proved is relevant and acceptable conclusion because otherwise, a forced conclusion, especially in the absence of better facts/evidence, will cause injustice to either of the parties. Besides, we've an adversarial system & not inquisitorial. The courts are bound to adjudicate on the basis of the best possible evidence/facts available.
