In 2014 at the age of 30, Francois was unexpectedly diagnosed with Crohn's disease and colon cancer. Having only been married for three years, in the process of planning a baby and with 'our entire lives ahead of us', as they say, this came as a major shock and brought about many challenges. The experience did however not break us, but instead made us so much stronger as individuals, Christians and a couple and we've had many laughs, lifechanging breakthroughs and unforgettable moments along the way. Today, Francois is in remission, healthy, happy and we are living life to the full. We decided to start this TH-cam channel to share our life story, advice and, most importantly, our exciting journey after the tough times. We hope that as you get to know us, we will inspire you to never give up, to always inspire others and that you will be motivated to focus on the upside of every situation.
