    Sacrificing the human for a seat at the table. Soon we''ll all be learning how to perform to a.i. standards. Classic short-sighted implemention of partially understood technology with no long term understanding of impacts. Iets use ai to recruit for the c-suite 1st and see what "talent" companies attract and then decide to roll out to the rest and see how far it goes...i think the future talents will be self selecing for small companies that are willing to actually make a human investment in them. When i look to the future i see the wheels falling off larger corps leading to a restructuing of how business funtions interact. Like outsourced hr, outsourced tech, outsourced strategy. Its seems to me that the ai i interact with can easily replace most of the manager functions and create real cost savings and improve cost reduction in the class of employees that create the least value. Imagine a world where your excited about implementation of the tech that will replace you. The specific thing the a.i. is good at is making you think its saying something real when its really just running a program mixing words that it thinks youll wanna hear. Sounds familiar? My company is giving a.i. a seat at the table, and has frozen all leadership hires while testing to see if they are even needed. The meeting rooms are empty , decisions arent made there anymore.
