I did have some small disappointments with the show.... but the main one was that theres not gonna be more! I love National Treasure 1 & 2 and the show. I was just happy to get another taste of the adventure

The second dress Drew wears that ends up getting yoinked, I loveeee that one so much. My favorite scene is probably when the Baroness has the briefest moment of humanity/emotion and says “You have so much of your father in you” to Danielle. Before immediately insulting her to undercut any sign of weakness. Probably the most realistic complex portrayal of a narcissistic mother and the best stepmother in Cinderella.

Movie was so good, it didn’t matter that they were in Spain with English accents.

Still Star-Crossed getting the flowers it deserves? Girl we should be friends. I watched it AIRING and I was obsessed with the intricate take on a known world, the performances were amazing, and the show was the first to do medieval europe x colorblind casting before Bridgerton proved we loved it. the costumes, gorgeous. the dialogue, witty and appropriate. the women had agency and the romance was romancing. it was too ahead of its time

ABC did Still Star Crossed so dirty. Can’t believe they didn’t even give us a full season. I’ll never not be mad about it! Still my comfort watch though. Also my delusion is that Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner should’ve been together in real life based off that movie. 😄
