im having the same issue. how did you fix it. is this a carb problem dumping to much fuel into the cylinders?

Hole in diagram replace pump
so couple things I found. #1. i had sucked in a small piece of rag into the reed valves through the carb my fault be sure to check and clean them. #2 carb has to be adusted perfectly make sure the arm and the sping in the carb are set right. and clean out each jet with a small wire. after that she fired right up

it was. it would only do 45 in the video. i found that it had a needle seat that was not fully pushed in the jet block so the rear needle was duping gas in
