How To Drain Washing Machine (Crazy find)
Just did this repair on mine, front panel was welded on to frame made this 10x harder added an extra hour on to it
my first washing machine ever i knew right from the start that the only thing going in it should be my clothes, so i give everything a check first. 10 years later its running and looking as good as it did when i got it. ask any enginer and they will tell you lose items are responsable for most problems and deaths with a washing machine as once the seals are broken its very hard to fix them as replaceing the drum is just as expensive as buying a new machine. so its always worth takeing the time to check the clothes and items first.
you should remove the drum to fix both side to ensure it water sealed both side with epoxy
It looks disgusting
How the heck did the colour catcher get through the small holes....????? Unlikely
Miele appliances rule. A purchase for life. We have them 31 years now. W/D , D/W, Oven, Cooktop... Cheers, Vail, Colorado
He knows his stuff no pun intended top man
Onion 🥶
Triggered me by not turning off the outlet before removing the plug 💀
Candy/hoover is such a, 💩 brand nice fix though
Its very good for teeth fillings, ive still got a couple in my mouth that are well over 10 years old
How stupid is it possible to be? Think that you can buy a washing machine, with a heavy drum/concrete blocks inside, and not read the user manual? There are clear instructions. READ THEM! Unbelievable...
Free tip - when repairing wires which have been damaged, cut the wires down and an add extra piece of wire so that the joints isn't in EXACTLY the same place that the damage happened before - for obvious reasons... Also - that tape job won't last if there's any heat in there - I'd have gone with Kapton myself but you do you!
How do you know if its not heating?
Thanks for the simple yet brilliant idea bro. I'm gonna do that, my fridge keeps getting clogged
But all the other wires in that loom are probably going to fail as well
All years I've struggled to replace the seal clamp
Ive had great luck with my hotpoint fridge freezer had it 15 years zero problems
give it a blowy
Bro was sick on the day they covered tape
Who did you do your training through? And what’s your parts source?
beko -> trash
Well done prevention is better than a cure, begs the question why they didn't do this when they built them lol. Thr problem with common sense is that sadly it isn't that common.
If you look at the "split" cable you can see its been cut with wire cutters
Hey i have a similar problem nothing in the top tray is getting washed as if there is no water getting up, any advice what to check please, Ive already checked and clean the top spray arm and its not blocked with anything.
Beko is completely 💩💩💩💩. Waste of money
Same as Whirlpool, wire harness u shape plastic breaks and the metal under door cuts the cables.
I have just come across your channel very good information agreed with all your tools. The only additional thing I would add is gel knee pads and long nose pliers but they are about two to three times as long as the ones in the picture you showed. You can get them in aus not sure about uk probably automotive shops. I have found some front loaders in aus have the drain pump set back from the front of the machine a long way, handy to remove blockages. Steve aus.
Looks more like you snipped that wire taking the sheetihng off
Great advice,don't buy a beko 😂😂
hahahaha milliput is modelling clay mate its not rated for fixing white goods.
Another thing you could add is a pocket prybar. Might seem silly but once you get one you'll use it a bunch
I believe the engineers at Beko may have been aware of a design flaw that could lead to issues after the door has been opened and closed approximately 400 times. The metal component securing the wiring appears to be quite sharp, which could potentially damage the wires over time. I encourage anyone who has purchased this machine to consider seeking legal recourse under consumer rights or to engage with trading standards regarding this issue. It is important to hold corporations accountable for producing defective products.
That is a very very bad repair done, it will fail soon again, this type of connector in an area with mechanical movements is wrong.
I wonder if this was the explanation for the Beko at our old flats issue. It would drain water but only to a specific level and then it would just stop draining water for no reason and make a loud humming sound. Before anyone says pump, the pump was replaced and issue persisted. Landlord had to replace the machine.
Really needs all wires cut and a length added to give them flexibility
It looks like a bullet hole
Ok. But how do you just adjust the door spring tension when it closes to fast and doesn’t stay open.
Tip! make sure the pockets in trousers etc are checked then you won’t have this problem. 😉. Common sense.
Why would you do this, you knew what would happen 😂
Where can i get one of those??
How do you test the regulator? Simply change to a cooler or warmer temperature in the settings?
Oh Bosch… When will they fix their upper heaters? They all deform like crazy, almost never seen it on another brand!
Which shoes are those? Looking good, plus with the BOA closure
Depending on the built, i like to tilt the machine backwards so it gives a bit more space so I don’t have to undo half of the machine. Then you put it back and you forgot to put the ring on the back, back to place 😂
Often times this issue is caused by a plugged drainage. Depending on the model ofc. A common issue that the customer almost never admits to, is that the door has been opened a lot or been left open for a long time. I always ask if there’s kids in the home because they often don’t close it properly. From the day that the door is let open, it can take months until the issue comes up. I notice in Sweden at least, the issues appear somewhere between when summer starts until late fall. A lot of ice cream is often consumed and opened more often to place drinks to get cooled. More usage, more risk for sloppy handling. Unless the gasket is leaking
Hi! I’m a service technician myself, and for removing the heater I can’t recommend the Hultafors 108 Mini pry bar, after my knife, this is the one tool I always have with me. It’s insanely strong and fits perfectly for the heater to remove. Just google it! Also, I always hit the 10mm nut with the 100mm tool to push it in towards the drum, often makes it easier to remove. Love your videos and keep it up! PS: It pains me to see how you have washing machines in the kitchen in the UK 😅
So what did you replace to fix this?
If like me, you've left the double sided tape that you used on when you fitted the door on, there is no need to have the bag underneath.
Never buy beco
