Why deep and meaningful relationships are BS
I think the ending is actually very appropriate :)

I’m too tired to be sarcastic sarks, I literally can’t keep my eyes open so sweet dream 😘😘😘
Are you following it currently? Did polyphasic sleep helpful?
Hi, these days I don't have the option of taking naps at work, so I sleep 6 hours a night. I wake up without an alarm clock after 6 hours regardless of the time I went to bed. Sometimes I try to sleep more than 6 hours just for fun but then I get up really tired. There are times when I lie in bed in the afternoon as well, but it's more because of sensory overload and I don't always sleep. Hope that helped. good luck to you.
@@mindinmotion4615 okay cool
4.5 h !!!! This is not polyphasic sleep 🤣🤣🤣
You're right! I didn't explain that I was taking naps. Only in the last second of the video I say I'm going to take a nap :) In any case, it was like that throughout the month. 4.5 hours of sleep and usually two 20 minute naps. good luck to you.
The ending is perfect :)) I had to leave it.
I found this video very interesting. I’ve allways struggled with sleep. I like how you thought of starting this experiment bases on sleeppetters but also incorporated all other aspecten of life! I’ll watch your other video’s soon too. Wondering how your experiment progressed:)
Hi, thanks for the comment. Unfortunately life circumstances at the moment do not allow such sleep pattern. I maintained the ability to take 20 minutes of rest to recharge during the day. And now I can settle for 6 hours of sleep without any signs of fatigue and any sleep beyond that is just for fun.
You gave up?
No :) still sleeping 4.5 + 20 + 20 and feeling great.
@@mindinmotion4615 that's amazing I'd love to hear an update
@@mindinmotion4615 This not called polyphasic sleep!!!!
Medinalegend I do one core sleep and two naps.
Your routine?
Hi, Most of the experiment I slept 4.5 hours a night with two 20-minute naps during the day. In the days I was sick, I took another 2-3 20-minute naps. I'm still on this routine today. I tried a few changes and realized that if I needed more hours of sleep for some reason, it was better for me to add another 20-minute nap rather than extend sleep. And if I am consistent with no unexpected events, then my sleep time at night drops below 4 hours naturally.
Kinda amazing 😳 Still your efforts are appreciable 😇😇
Hi can i keep in touch with you somewhere
I appreciate the offer but prefer not to.
@@mindinmotion4615 no problem, are you planning to stay on this schedule?
I really don’t know. This is an experiment. I'm still learning myself.
@@mindinmotion4615 i think this is the correct way to sleep. Your dream recalling and lucidity will improve even more
@@mindinmotion4615 did you know Cristiano Ronaldo one of the best football players sleeps this way also, that should say something. Tribes also used to nap this way, lastly as babies we always regularly napped and never had long sleep cycles,oh and Of course the geniuses of our time we can look at too
good job👍🏻
What.
