2 Tbsp (25g) Granulated sugar
2 tsp (5g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp (2g) Instant coffee (optional)
For the Chocolate Frosting:
1/4 cup (35g) Powdered sugar
2 Tbsp (11g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 to 3 tsp (10-15g) Milk
1/4 cup (55g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
