We participated in Automation Expo 2024 at Mumbai between Aug 21-24. We demonstrated the miniature version of our matchstick counting unit and matchbox sorting unit.

This unit aligns the matchsticks and generates a unidirectional stream of matchsticks. Stick blockage is a common issue in head arrangers, but our seamless design, precise fabrication, and higher RPM address this problem by producing an almost continuous stream of matchsticks.

Our machine features a "V" shaped filling section that guarantees smooth transfer of matchsticks from the machine to the inner box. Furthermore, the inner boxes undergo three additional vibration stages to ensure all the sticks are correctly aligned and positioned inside the inner box.

The outer box sorting system arranges matchboxes such that all boxes are front-facing. This is our custom developed vision system can deliver 100% accuracy, outperforming smart-camera based sorting systems.
