This old normal is more than happy enough with my existing Apple MacBook Air M1 chip with 8‑core CPU, 7‑core GPU, 16‑core Neural Engine, 16GB unified memory, 2TB SSD storage with external 27-inch 5K LG display on black VESA desk mount arm. Have owned three Mac minis over the years. Thing is even with it costing more feel I will always now purchase a MacBook next time I purchase a new Mac.

I’ve discovered that Apple doesn’t care about its customers. For the record, I’ve been using Apple products since the early 1980s. They unnecessarily made this too small. It would’ve been so much better if they had provided a proper power button either on the top back or front and an SD card slot. There are several Windows or Linux based mini PCs that do this very thing and they look fine I just don’t understand Apple‘s crazy mentality about small and thin when it affects performance in some way.
