with regards to the payment of employee deductions during suspension what if the suspension is without pay.first of all is suspension without pay legally right and if its without pay do you still have to pay the deductions.

Succession planning candidates should not know that they have been selected otherwise it can affect their complex negatively or positively so there is confidentiality in executing succession planning. Managers will work with HR to make their nominations for their respective functions and they have a role to play in the confidentiality of the whole process. It's not advisable management to let loose the list of succession planning . Sometimes there can be speculation amongst employees and that's ok but the succession planning documents and content signed off and approved by management should be kept confidential. Very important

the Boss is rude and sexist by scolding the host for speaking too much. Women are frequently scolded for being good communicators and "speaking too much." I feel she spoke just the right amount and it's also poor HR to scold an employee in public! Shame!
