This save resources and money what would costs be verses a used or retreated tire. I would have 2ed thoughts I run western usa remptures 100 f or 40 c. This repair would be OK for city pick up and delivery or drainage in city where speed are low 45 mph or 80 k hr

lovely poisonous toxic fumes and dust ... is he going to punch rivet a metal scrim under the patch to strengthen the sidewall .. naa if not that patch is going to bulge and burst and likely kill a few innocents' when it explodes. but then life is cheap but tyres aren't especially if there's plenty of depth of tread on the tire .

This is not a repair, the internal ply structure integrity is still destroyed, it is simply the application of a "patch" leaving the tire safety/quality in question.
