    老马正手拉球15:正手拇指和食指夹拍,力才能从前臂上端到板头。不是只是收前臂,而是用腰带动大臂前臂手一起向前。练习大量徒手挥拍,有腰带动肘向前的感觉。练习颠球:手腕手的暗劲。

    老马正手拉球20:正手拇指不能翘,多用拇指食指虎口,力才能从前臂上端到板头,。用腰才有连续性,引拍应该通过转腰引动,脚踩实后蹬转。身体带手,手放松,肘离身体近些才能有向前又向上的力。副手起身体平衡作用。留意动作的弹性张力。

      It's basically just putting pressure on the racket with either your thumb or your pointer finger to change the racket angle

    I would like to know what grip Dang Qiu , Xue Fei and Felix Lebrun uses since the are actually the top penhold player right now

      Dang uses none of these. he curls his fingers up but has them relatively straight. Felix also curls his fingers up but has them angled more sideways kinda like ma lin. Xue Fei is different from both though he uses the Wang Hao grip i would say. But this video here is way to short grips can vary way more than what we can see here. Pressure points make the magic. I honestly dont know how Dang an Felix can play like this with curled fingers. way to unstable for me but somehow it works for them. If you are curious i made a little video a while ago for a friend where i showcase some grip variations.

      Of Course you can. But Japanese Penhold body is too long. For deal with short ball, It must be very difficult.

      朋友,你好。对于这种视频教学,你需要知道的是,它是有针对性的。就是所谓的因人施教。这个学员是个孩子,对他的要求是要严格一些的,因为他显然不仅仅是玩玩。一般来说,学习新技术,绝大多数的人注重的是手上动作,最容易忽略的就是,基本技术的练习更重要的是重心支撑,学会用交换重心产生的那种惯性力去击球,这是一,还有就是好的动作必须是身手合一的。我们教学时有个不二的法门,凡纠正、调整动作,要从下往上去找原因。仅仅说手,那就落了下乘了。孩子学打球,更要如此,否则会变成摸着打球,毫无质量可言。因为这个孩子脚下太浮,所以我给他这种建议,至于说到手上,他如果真想练的有深度,必须有大量的徒手挥拍做辅助。 当然,这是我的一家之言,你做参考。

      另外,关于蹬腿,这是初级练习时的提示。你可能见过李晓东、李隼他们总是强调的“向前顶出去”, 那其实就是练到后期象形的一种说法,更生动,简洁。但是太小的孩子,我觉得还是先找到蹬上力量的感觉比较好一些。循序渐进。

    I am still waiting for full lesson abou TRUE Traditional Chinese penhold, wihtou using second pad, just only one. Hard topspin backhand, etc.. Without new (even tfu)reverse penhold, I wanna train like Ma Lin and Wong Chun Ting.
