you should time your joining. Aim to join 10-25 minutes before server stops accepting new players. It helps that in the cafe, it shows how long until next training session.

How do you get to training? Does it just teleport you?
yeah but you need to go at the time in the description the group and yes it important otherwise it will just kick you
