Thank you for this video. This proofs what I experienced. Rain X at night, when there are flashes of lights, the screen will be 'white' and not easy to see through (see at 1:45 of the video). Rain X is only works good during the day time but not at night.

I’m a certified skywarn storm spotter and storm chaser and if this was a tornado out break you could have been in trouble if anything did form you could not see it you were in the down draft area to see tornado you need to be southeast looking northwest into the updraft area my suggestion to you is to go atten a skywarn storm spotter class with the national weather service in your respected area since you love storms get trained im not here to tell you not to get out in storms because then I would be a hypocrite because every time a storm comes threw my area I’m out sending in reports to the nws I just don’t want anything to happen to you
