For over 50 years Pentland Plants have been growing plants and expanding our garden centre just south of Edinburgh. We are a family run business which we think gives us a more personal touch than some of the larger chains.
We sow, root and grow all our own bedding and basket plants so no-one can beat us for quality, value and choice of varieties as we produce over 40 million on our nurseries each year!
Our own on-site garden centre gives us an opportunity to showcase and trial new products at a retail level. We are a completely independent company and are therefore impartial in selecting the very best varieties from numerous breeders based on real conditions and sales for you to grow, sell and use.

We know there were not meant to be any looking good videos again until we started Poinsettia availability however, as usual, we potted extras of Cyclamen and Primroses! Hi. Our Poinsettias are available to buy in November and December in garden centres and some other stores throughout Scotland and Northern England. We are sure your local garden centre would be willing to tell you where they source their Poinsettias from. Hope this helps!

This is my second year (2022) of the night sky petunias. This year I even propagated some which was successful. I've planted the pink galaxy color with the blue and as of today 6/6/22 they've bloomed beautifully. I have them in window boxes. They are my favorite.
