sorry for bothering anyone but i can't hide this anymore i'm bisexual (possibly lesbian i'm still trying to figure it all out) and tonight my parents and my brother said that they are literally disgusted when they see two men or two women kiss and then they continue to say some homophobic things. The only escape i have is seventeen. this is my comfort song. i don't know how i feel. i'm scared of myself and my feelings. i don't know what to do. i can't come out to anyone because all my friends have made homophobic comments as well. i hate having to hide myself. it's stupid that i can't love someone. it's stupid that people view the love i give as less than the love other people give. it shouldn't be a sin to love someone. i just want to say thank you to seventeen and all the carats. you guys make me feel like i have a home to find comfort in. i love all of you so thank you :)

13 years ago, my mother left me with my grandparents and i still have no idea why she left. i get that some women aren't cut out to be parents and that's okay. but, i felt as if, it was my birth that made her leave me and my brother with my grandparents. don't get me wrong i love my sweet old papa and nana, they took care of us then and they still are. but, it's hard not to grow up with your biological mother, and thinking that you're the reason that she left in the first place is hard for a 13 almost 14 year old boy to go through. i told my nana how i felt and she hugged me tightly and told me to never think like that again. she told me that i was loved and that i shouldn't blame myself for what my mother decided to do with her life. now, my mother is with another man who hates kids and she never talked to us for about 8 years now. she's missed several of my brother and i's birthday's but you know what? it's okay. i realize that, i didn't need her in my life if i've built such a wonderful family with the multiple fan bases i've joined. even if my family was not let's say, "well put together" i still have all of you and i receive more love from you guys and my real life family than i will ever get from my mother. thank you all for being so loving and caring to me :) (i brought this whole thing up bc i started sobbing whilst thinking of my mom, whilst also listening to this wonderful song, so just in case you were wondering why i just made a whole fucking story of my life, lmao- sorry if this was unneeded info, i'll delete it if you would like me to :3)
