Diamond’s mission is to inspire others to make positive changes in their fitness journeys and aspire to new, unexplored heights.
Diamond Ott is in the United States Army. Sergeant Ott has helped thousands of military personnel and aspiring military personnel get fit for service through his rigorous hybrid training preparedness workout programs.
Crediting genetics for his already incredible physique, Diamond has maintained a workout ethic to be the hardest working person in the gym at any given time. Over the years, he has developed a love for calisthenic movements and strives to push his body to the absolute limit. Among his favorite props to use in the gym are pull up bars, dumbbells, ropes and tires. Diamond is extremely well known for his crazy (often referred to as insane) signature movements and workouts that require an incredible amount of core strength.
