Love the dog.
The dog was very distracting for the viewer but especially for the guy. Last thing you want is a dog swallowing rocks and doing a vet visit so that is yet another reason why you put them away while doing the project (for their safety mainly). As for the project, hand auger (work smarter not harder). I would cap it with a ten dollar drain cap and if you are going to do a DYI, also film the test which only takes using a garden hose and run water over the area. Thanks anyway for the video but hold off on more videos until you can mitigate the distraction and film test results.
Watching this video was a total waste of time. No results. Annoying dog and poor lighting.

Thanks for the comment. So far no rainstorms since I installed it, but seems to be keeping the area dried out fairly well. The real test will be when it rains next.

What a beautiful dog! I'm surprised you managed to get any work done. A couple of years ago, after some minor flooding, I dug a series of similar pits, an arm's length deep, in my front (gravel) driveway. It was 'made' ground, with builder's rubble and debris. I filled with gravel, but didn't use any membrane. No problems since.
That’s awesome to hear they have been working. I need to do at least one more to help this area out.

Haha yup! That’s why I called the video “Operator Error”! 🤣 It had fuel in it, but not enough for where the fuel intake is on the side of the tank. 🤦🏼♂️

Well... Those sprays and granules are supposed be done at night. The black granules collect heat and warm up your grass and call dehydrate it so... Yeah... If you didn't turn it all yellow, you're lucky.
