Freshwater Fish & Plants: A Unique Symbiotic Experiment in Guam!
In this video, I’m in the preparation phase of what will be a small-scale experiment focused on raising freshwater fish fingerlings to better understand the symbiotic relationship between aquatic life and plants. Since this project is still in the experimental phase, I am prioritizing cost-efficiency and am not yet prepared to scale up to large-scale fish farming. After visiting a local aquarium, a helpful and knowledgeable woman recommended I explore the pond in Piti, Guam, which ultimately led me to this location. If you’re in Guam and looking for freshwater fish, this could be an ideal spot. The only restrictions I observed were no open fires and no swimming. Join me as we observe and learn from this hands-on experience, and stay tuned as we refine our gardening techniques in future episodes.

@wayneburks5872. I was just focusing on the same plastic being used by some as a base layer. Sure there is a better way to kill the weeds using the same plastic sheet by laying on top of the soil but that was not my target in the video. I will make a separate video on that next. I do appreciate your comment sir. Besides I get to learn from you guys am not the expert here..most of these are just experiments.

11/21/24 "Thank You very much" for creating, Producing & making Known your Ten Facts about Guam though they are not 'mind Blowing' especially to We Native Islanders who know about the Facts you mentioned. We are just a very tiny Island(but the Largest Marianas Island out of over a thousand Islands) out in the Pacific Ocean but we are on the Map & many People have known about us. When I moved to St. Louis Missouri in 1984, I lost my voice while traveling due to the change of weather from Guam's very hot climate to Snow in Missouri. My then, husband's best friend who came to dinner one night asked my husband, do I speak English?( I couldn't talk yet cause I was still hoarse voice). My husband(he is African American Black) & I looked at each other & burst out laughing. 🤣My husband told his friend( he's African American Black, too) that I not only know how to speak English but I can TEACH him how to speak it. Then his friend shocked us when he then asked, "Uh, do the People from your Island wear grass skirts, have rings on their nose & hold spears? "He thinks the People of Guam were Uncivilized & Primitive! Uh Duh! HAHAHAHA! He learned one thing fast though. My husband told him about our Chamorro appetizer sauce, finedene. His friend, no matter how much he kept repeating the word finedene, he keeps saying, fene fannie. Oh Man! I can never forget this experience because it was so funny. 🤣😂
