Looks really nice but try to add more depths and different blocks. Don't just use stone, use some stone bricks too or cobble, try and mix it up to give it more variation and use slabs, walls, and stairs to add detail. Cathedral/Church/Gothic type structure is something I'm fairly good at it Good job
Yeah I generally build a simple base then come back with detailing as well as need to get better at it
