Um... so... the power adapter, at the end... does it MAGICALLY stay attached to the underside of the desk? You didn't show how to attach it, and I see no instructions on that included with my desk!!! 😡

For anyone not sure how to bolt the frame to the tabletop: TOPSKY only gives you bolts which cannot go into wood unassisted. I used M6x15mm threaded insert nuts (brand: uxcell) and drilled holes big enough for them. I put the M6x16mm bolts into those inserts and they attached the rail of the frame to my tabletop just fine. The rail of the desk frame adds about ~1-2mm of distance that the M6x16mm bolts need to travel, so the M6x15mm threaded inserts were the right size.

In the past, I always had problems assembling the keyboard tray. I would just leave it off the desk. Decades later, just recently assembled a computer desk with a keyboard tray, my old nemesis. The instructions on the desk were so unclear, I went to TH-cam. Your video showed that I had installed the rails wrong and after correcting the problem, I am enjoying my new desk and the keyboard tray!!! Thank you so very much!!

Lift the tip of the black piece away from the metal and then pull apart. Do not press the black piece against the metal.

I bought the DF04.01. I need to attach the frame to a 6'x30"x1.5" acacia butcher block and I think the best option for me is to use wood screws. I might look for some plastic washers to use so I don't scratch the frame. Do you have any recommendations?

I just put my desk together and was hoping video would help me understand something. That power adapter box at the end....HOW am I supposed to mount it? There is no mounting hardware to hold it against the desk but it will otherwise hang/dangle by that two prong connecter to the control box which can't be good with the weight always pulling on the control box...plus it will be an ugly mass hanging from the center of my desk. WHAT AM I MISSING? This video ends showing the power adapter being plugged in but NO example of what is then done with it.

This gave me so much shit. This desk was easy af til I tried sliding this into place-I almost broke it because it would not connect. In fact, I’m pretty sure I did damage it because it just would not connect and kept getting jammed. 😤 about to flip this desk.

Instructions were not clear enough and I wasn’t able to assemble my desk. I ended up losing my job because I had no desk to work on. My wife left me and I lost custody of my kids. Now I’m homeless. Thanks TOPSKY

Can someone help me mine is saying E-3 everything is plugged in I was able to get the desk to go down I can’t get it to do anything else.

I'm trying to imagine the production meeting for this instructional video. "Yeah.. let's have a well-lit room.. like really well-lit. White background like the apple commercials.. then let's have the white desk too... AND... wait for it.. let's use white gloves." "Don't you think that will be hard to see?" "Yes... and let's make sure we have a drunk person filming and go as fast as possible" "Alright."

It's not push down....its pull down on the black lever to separate the rails....and also could you guys provide a longer fucking screwdriver next time....the one I have is so stubby...theres no leverage at all. If you cant, then atleast resize the handle so the spanner provided fits into the screwdriver handle to create a lever. Absolutely abysmal tools provided. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL

How do I secure the power supply? There used to be screw holes to mount it to the desk. I make a lot live edge desks and use your base exclusively. This new one is a downgrade. Looks cheap and does not allow for a clean finish. Time to consider a new supplier. The button adjustments looked nicer on the old model.
