Gsxr 1100 GU74 (1986).
I forgot to take pic’s of the actual restoration. So you only get to see the painting process. I did carburetor, valve clearance, the brakes, the front forks, the wiring harnass, all the rusty brackets, the rusty rear master cylinder, the calipers, front forks got a chemical treatment, a lot of old and dirty or rusty bolts were chemically treated as well. The fairings looked nice from a distance. But a lot of cracks and other nasty things. I also had to search for a lot of parts. Some 2nd hand parts came from Japan, but the most came frome Germany. The Windscreen, passenger grab rail just to name a few. The bike had a lot of non oem bolts etc. I replaced them all with new ones from cmsnl. Next i would like to powder coat..... hm i’m not finished yet..

hi, friend! What engine oil do you recommend for the Suzuki GSXR 1100?
Great shifting 👍🏽👍🏽
Yes, it's clear, but they don't have enough hindsight to understand the history of the motorcycle world. I'm 60 years old, and motorcycling has been my great passion since I was 10 years old. It must be said that in almost 40 years, sports machines have become real cars homologated for the road. As we see in the Tourist Trophy 🇮🇲, once sharpened, they become monsters with the power of SBK!

Nice Mashine.
Had some questions man, I got a 99 gsxr 750 and was wondering will a gsx 1100 fit on a 99 750 and do you think I could add a 1200cc bandit motor and bore it to a 1213
1100 should fit in 750 frame
This a bit late but, I don't know for sure, but I would say probably not. The '99 750 was a whole new bike in '96. If you do it, I would assume it would take substantial mods for engine mounts, cooling system... that's even if the cylinders will even fit between the twin spars frame. I had a '99 750. She's just fine for what she is, if you want more hps go get a 2001(?) gsxr1000 the newer line or even the next gen 750 (2000), considered one of the best street bikes ever made. With that said thou. that '99 was used extensively in superbike racing and there maybe some well established hp gain techniques out there, like head work and compression increases. Heck you might even find older bolt on parts at some shop that sponsored racing.
I do know that the 1100 motor most certainly fits in the 86s'😎
Wow it sound great I have two of these bikes where is this video made sounds like south Africa
The Netherlands sir! Dutch and Afrikaans is almost the same
Suono fantastico! Info marca exhaust? Grazie
Vance and hines....
Thats some really good numbers. What are the mods? Check out my 1998 Suzuki gsxr 1100 on the dyno at my chanel!
So what were the final numbers for HP and Torque and at what RPMs? Apparently I’m blind.
Well, that’s a long time ago. If i can remember well, the bike had almost 148hp at that time. I do not remember the tq.
Thats some impression Numbers! Check out my 1998 gsxr 1100 on the dyno at my Chanel.
Still got my 1100N 125000 km still going strong
Damn....nice to hear.. What's the exhaust system?
OGAN Waluyo thank you. Exhaust system is a vance and hines
How did he get the bike on the dyno? It's blocked at the front and back with no apparent way to drive the bike on and off.
My Reality at the back you have the box to address the exhaust fumes. You can pull this box away and put it on the side since it’s on wheels. Then you just roll the bike off the dyno from the back
1990 was the best looking gsxr. I had a 750 in red.
