Bro there is no way that 4903-9418 was made on the 35th week of 2000 otherwise the strobe reflector would be different and the cover plate wouldn't even have the TrueAlert marking therefore calling all those earlier models QuickAlert. I'd assume your 4903-9418 is from 2002 or 2003.

I would be a bit wary of using network cables for the antenna connections (the big multi colored connectors on the ams9040) Over prolonged use the wire can heat up as it is not rated for such current. Network / Cat cable can absolutely be used for the digital side of things / alarm connections ideally you want to use the cable Sensormatic provides (Belden 4 cores, 1 shield, direct burial) as that is rated for this application. Apart from that, definitely a neat system Best regards and happy experimenting!

Y’all saying this is nostalgia make me feel old, I remember when Walmart’s Sensormatics went “BLING! Walmart inventory control system has been activated. Please step back and an associate will be right with you” back in the 90s and early 2000s. Then there was “BING! BING! BING! BING!” and “BING BONG BING BONG BING BONG!” in the late 2000s to early 2010s. Punta Gorda, Florida and Humboldt, Tennessee still have this chime.
