@@plumbitonline I have their guy coming tomorrow, found out today they have a cheap washer that causes the anode to corrode fast, mines only 2 years old. The guy is going to put the right sized washer in. So all the products of the wwk 302 h are faulty. It thinks the element is dead but it’s a corrosion problem. Mine isn’t even installed correctly apparently.

Useful video but we hate Duravit WCs. The older models we have dont come with the rectangular strip thing and have a rubber cone that has disintegrated. No other seat in the market can be use to replace it due to the non standard gap they use on Duravit and replacement parts or seat are not available in all countries. Cant replace the damn seat with a soft closing one either. Rubbish design
