Mounting the mids and woofer countersunk like that is really messing up your FR due to diffraction or turning that baffle into the worst possible shaped waveguide. That’s probably contributing to the “horn” sound you’re hearing in the mids. The other possibility is that your room is made out of concrete.

비슷하게 어느정도 잘 만드신거 같네요 와트퍼피랑 비슷하게 만들면~ 8옴 우퍼 2개 22W8851T00, 18M4631T00, D2904/71002로 조합하면 되지 않을까 하네요. 여기서 10인치로 바꿨는데 어느정도 좀 네트워크 수준급되신 분이 만들지 않았나 하네요.
