Facilities are lesser than shown .Restrooms in the bedrooms are not that good .Too many restrictions in and around the swimming pool area .Apart from those ,the waiters are very respective and attentive .

A special mention to Praween, who served us during breakfast; he was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. The breathtaking views of the Negombo area provided the perfect backdrop for our first night in Sri Lanka after a long flight. The ambiance was simply enchanting! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern rustic furniture, creating a calm and restful space that was perfect for unwinding.
