How to pack light for long-term travel without losing your mind! (No stress edition)
Packing for a 30-day trip to Mexico in just a carry-on might sound stressful, but honestly, I’ve got it down to a system that makes it super easy. In this video, I’m sharing how I plan ahead with Notion, pack smart for different activities, and make the most out of limited space (yes, even with the dreaded liquid restrictions).
I’ll also let you in on some simple tips, like creating a capsule wardrobe, packing light without missing the essentials, and even a fun hack for keeping linen wrinkle-free. If you’re looking for an easier, more relaxed way to pack for your next trip, this one’s for you!

Why moving fast is a productivity trap | Homebody diaries
มุมมอง 38516 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
I used to think that doing more faster meant being productive-that speed would somehow get me closer to my goals. However, I didn’t realize that rushing only led me to burnout and chronic unhappiness. Throughout the last few years, I've accumulated principles that helped me navigate when things get busy and simple tactics that don't let me flirt with burnout anymore.

Spontaneously ended up in New York City alone
มุมมอง 7342 หลายเดือนก่อน
New York City has always been on my list of places to travel to in this lifetime. I finally made it happen, I just booked the trip one night, and that was the best decision ever. I finally saw Central Park with my own eyes, took the Staten Island ferry to see the Statue of Liberty, tried the most famous bagel in the city in East Village, and went to experience the nightlife in Brooklyn. Being a...

Traveling to Tulum for winter was the best decision ever. It's my era of living alone and experiencing life as a nomad. I went to my favorite spots to rest and recharge alone, danced salsa and zuak, attended a full moon ceremony, had the best tacos in town, and reset my space and mind. This is so amazing and exactly what I needed to hear. I hope I can slow down. We make so many excuses sometimes.
We do! Just going through our human experience. Glad you found this vid in the right time 🙏🏽
Ingredients: • 1 lb (450g) farmer’s cheese (or ricotta) • 2 large eggs • 3 tbsp sugar (If you’re not doing jam or honey for topings) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour or semolina (I prefer semolina) + 2 tbsp for dusting. • Butter for frying Toppings (Optional but not really, do it right) • Sour cream • Honey or jam • Powdered sugar Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine farmer’s cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth. 2. Add flour: Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring until it forms a soft, slightly sticky dough. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more flour (but don’t overdo it). 3. Shape the sirniki: Dust your hands and work surface with flour. Divide the dough into 8-10 portions, rolling each into a ball. Flatten slightly to form small, thick patties (about 3 inches in diameter). 4. Cook: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of vegetable oil or butter. Fry the sirniki for 3 minutes, or until golden brown. 1. Merge to a baking form and Bake for 10 mins (375 f) 2. Serve: Serve warm with your choice of toppings like sour cream, jam, honey, or fresh fruit. Enjoy your delicious and fluffy sirniki! 💛

do men come and bother your while you're alone on the beach or on the streets?
Never happened to me. Haven’t heard anything like that from my girlfriends in Tulum.
Por dios 😂😂😂. La sola cosa ke tengan pa dicir es de la musica. Im American, lived in Mexico a few different times, and while yes Mexicans love Cumbia, Bachata, y mas, many also love salsa. No vi ninguna cosa that said salsa was from Mexico. Awesome video, try to work less, and try to get new followers that arent so ridiculously petty and tan pendejos. Montreal, such a wonderful city. Todo esta mise en place, verdad. Ciao mexicana tan linda. Y por favor, sigues con la salsa que no es tuyo!!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂
You made my day with this comment 😂😂 you got me, mucho graciasss carino 😭🧡
@@anastasia_levin no worries. Espero ke sigues pasando buen dia!!! Ciao!
That’s crazy. I hope all that pays off working 2 hrs a day lol.
Wow, this is an interesting case of lumping us all into one category. Goofy flex, sis cause it’s 2024 and we have all this internet and forms of communication.
Your white ass can afford it but I don’t have the money to support my probably dead ancestors glad you visited the hood parts colonizer
Too bad salsa is Cuban music
I work remote and how this women works I know she doesn’t do anything. Probably HR or a recruiter.
What are these weird pants?
Willie Colón isn’t Mexican
Such a cozy vibe
More Cuban or Dominican than Mexican
Yes exactly
That’s not music from Mexico! Dumb!
So what is salsa music have to do with Mexico that would be Puerto Rico or Cuba.
This dude is Puerto Rican lol
I have tons of Mexican friends working in construction field and not one listens to salsa. Salsa is more from Caribbean but glad our music reminds you of good times.
You should move to Mexico! Escape Canada, it's becoming a communist dystopian shithole anyway
Would you say that lapoint is solo traveler friendly? Did you feel that everyone stayed together?
Definitely, yes! When I travelled there, most of the people I made friends with travelled solo. There are a lot of activities that require everyone’s participation so it definitely felt like we were all boiling together most of the time.
Congratulations and welcome always!…
Thank youu.. Mexico, my second home ☺️🇲🇽
Hello! I am glad I found your channel. Thank you for sharing your tips for a healthy lifestyle. I too would like to spend a month in St. Pete. Can you share what platform you used to find your house? We go every year to visit my husband’s family but it is not restful to stay with them. I have been searching for a place to rent that would offer peace and solitude. Thank you for any advice.
Thank you for watching ☺️ I use Airbnb for a lot of my trips. This was an Airbnb house in a very quiet area. Here is the link www.airbnb.com/slink/8z6QIJFQ

Thank you love! I’m so glad it was helpful. On a journey to get better at surfing so more surf vids are coming 🫠
Are you originally from Eastern Europe ?
Definitely have Eastern European roots, yes!
How much did the whole trip cost?
I think it was about 1200 euro for my private room and surf lessons per week. Not including everything else.
Go back to your country gringa, we dont want you here, you are just gentrifyin mexico, come back to europe, we dont want you here
I HOPE YOUR ARE NOT IN MEXICO ANY MORE AND DON'T COME BACK YOU WELCOME!
Mexico City not safe?! Safer than New York City for example!
Sometimes we get anxious because of the stories we tell ourselves that have nothing to do with reality. I felt safe in Mexico City when I experienced the city properly.
@@anastasia_levin great, you seem to be a really nice woman. Pretty too.😀 Cheers from Mexico
