I just subscribed and completed this workout! I saw your page is new so wanted to give you a try and support a fellow "new TH-camr"! I consider myself at a moderate level and this was hard for me to finish, but I did! The only wish I have is that you add some beeps to the countdown timers (maybe last 3 seconds) to indicate when that move is done. I might have done my mountain climbers for 45 seconds a couple of times.... I guess that's not a bad thing though haha I do plan to do the rest of your workouts you have posted over the next couple of weeks! Thanks! -Amber

This is actually a terrific way for those just getting started with HIIT to get into exercise without injury. Great routine. My heart was pumping by the end even though I could not do the inch/calf raise and I modified the mountain climber. Thank you.

If you were to stand back to back,with a lady of the same height as yourself, would it bother you that your bums would be fully touching. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
